Terms of Use

Last updated July 13, 2026.

Fellowly helps you remember, reach out, and follow up with people you already know on iOS. Fellowly is developed and operated by hebe wu, an independent individual developer. By using the app, you agree to use it for lawful, respectful relationship-care purposes.

Store Terms And EULA

If you download Fellowly through the App Store, the store's terms, billing rules, and platform policies also apply. For App Store downloads, Apple's standard licensed application end user license terms apply where required by Apple unless Fellowly provides terms that are validly different for a specific region or feature.

Accounts And Availability

Fellowly does not require a Fellowly account for the core local-first product. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, store availability, network connection, subscription status, or optional permissions.

User Control

Fellowly can help draft messages, but you are responsible for reviewing, editing, copying, and sending anything you choose to send. Fellowly does not send messages automatically.

AI Features

AI Assist may polish the current draft or select one real, non-sensitive detail you chose to save to propose a Grounded Next Message and show its supporting evidence. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should review them before use. Fellowly does not replace your judgment or responsibility for messages you send.

Do not use AI outputs for harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, misleading communications, or high-stakes advice. You can report unsafe, offensive, or incorrect AI output through the in-app feedback flow or by contacting Fellowly.

Subscriptions

Fellowly Plus may be offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions where available. The App Store purchase sheet shows the localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your App Store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown for that plan. To avoid the next renewal, turn off auto-renewal in your App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

You can manage or cancel through your App Store subscription settings. Deleting local Fellowly data, uninstalling Fellowly, or turning off AI processing does not cancel a store subscription. Restore Purchases is available where the platform supports it. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its store policies, except where applicable law or a specific Fellowly notice says otherwise.

The core local relationship loop remains usable without Fellowly Plus. An eligible user may receive one complete verified grounded result before purchase. Plus unlocks wording polish, repeated Grounded Next Messages, result adjustments, and other subscription benefits shown in the app.

Privacy And Permissions

Use of Fellowly is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Optional platform permissions such as contacts, notifications, photos, and images are requested only for the features you choose and can be controlled through your device settings.

Fellowly may use service providers described in the Privacy Policy, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to operate, secure, debug, and improve the product. Product analytics is on by default on a fresh install and can be turned off in Settings without limiting the core relationship loop, paid features, subscription management, export, or Delete All Local Data.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the people, notes, contact logs, drafts, feedback, images, and other content you add to Fellowly. You give Fellowly permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the app features you choose.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Fellowly to break the law, harass people, impersonate someone, send spam, upload content you do not have the right to use, bypass store billing, attack the service, or try to extract other users' or providers' data. Fellowly may limit access to backend or paid features if needed to protect the service, users, stores, providers, or legal obligations.

Not Professional Advice

Fellowly is not a therapy, diagnosis, crisis, legal, financial, or medical service. It should not be used as a substitute for professional help or emergency support.

Changes And Availability

Fellowly may change, pause, or discontinue features, prices, subscriptions, provider integrations, or platform availability over time. Material legal or privacy changes will be reflected in the updated Terms or Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
